Steve brought his pragmatic approach to luxury real estate to LUXE Christie’s International Real Estate in late 2018. With both feet firmly planted in his down-to-earth Oregon upbringing, Steve sees himself as a matchmaker between his clients and their ideal homes and doesn't believe in compromise when it comes to your dreams.

 

Growing up in Portland’s east side, Steve started working at age 15, graduated from Milwaukie high school and served in the National Guard. His uncompromising drive to learn, improve and give his clients the best home buying or selling experience has been his trademark since he started in the industry 17 years ago. His experience as a mortgage broker, a realtor and now an agent with LUXE/Christie’s with a focus on luxury properties gives him an in-depth knowledge of all the twists and turns that can be a part of the buying and selling process and how to navigate them.

 

These days, Steve - or Coach Steve as many people know him - divides his time coaching basketball, spending time with family, working with clients and learning about anything and everything that will make him a better father, husband, friend, coach and real estate agent. Books, trade publications, YouTube videos, podcasts - you name it, Steve is consuming it in order to be a better agent today than he was yesterday.

 

Living in West Linn for 15 years, Steve has amassed a deep knowledge of the community. He knows the people, the neighborhoods, the buildable land and the market in the city that has been consistently named one of the best places to live in Oregon and has one of the top school districts in the state. His extensive work with builders over the years means that he understands what makes a luxury home worth more and he can explain the whys in simple, clear language.
